The project seeks to do better by Brooklyn reportingwise and at the same time create a system whereby individuals can step up and provide what the mainstream media cannot or will not do. Good, solid content not driven by a complete fascination with soundbites and eye candy.

Gowanus Journalism Project TipJar

We don't know how long it will be before we publish our journlism thingy. Till then we want to learn about what goes on in the realm(s) and what the realm(s) wants to be informed about. Ths the TipJar. If you have an idea for a story or a tip, send it to us via this link. We will hoard all of the tips till we can have a good crack at publishing. If, in our opinion, we feel the tip is timesensitive and newsworthy enough to be dealt with now we will pass it on to a few actual entities who can do beter justice by it.
